Complaint Review: CIC Credoit Monitor Svc

I received a charge of $79.95 on my credit card statement today and tried to call to cancel this svc that I did not sign up for. I was told that their computers were down and asked to call back later which I did.

When I called back they gave me the same excuse I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told that the procedure for logging complaints is that they must log the call into the computer (which of course he could not do, because the computers were down) I ask that he go and physically locate the supervisor which he stated that he tried to do, but guess what the supervisor was doing. yeah he was on the phone with their IT department trying to fix the computer problem.

Well after 10 minutes of talking in circles I hung up and went to find there web site and found this one. The customer service rep that I was speaking with was named Vance.
