CIC Monitoring Ripoff Unauthorize Charge after telphonically canceling previous month Orange California

Supposed FREE report was requested but in the process a $9.95 fee was mentioned and reluctantly I agreed to it. What I didn't catch was there was be a monthly charge unless I canceled within a certain time frame. When I noticed the charge the following month I called and canceled and was assured there would be no further charges. Lo and behold another $9.95 charge appeared on my credit card bill this month.

Immediately I called my credit card company and put a block on the card (basically asked them to canceled it) and ordered a new card and transfered any balance to new card. Also disputed charge as well. Let's see the ripoff CIC try this next month to a non-existant card. Lawsuit will follow if they somehow get the new card number and apply a charge to it. How much farther can you go to tell someone that you do not want their service... er.. uh.. excuse me.... their dis-service?
