like most people. this is one of the companies that make their money by deception. im shocked to see that there were 421 entries against cic monitoring company. this is a rip off. my situation is almost identical to most of you. call their number and demand a refund and they will give it to you. don't let them get away with your 79.95 thats a full day at work for many people. they obviously heard many complaints before because they are giving out refunds, when you call and demand for it. i got my refund. and i say screw them. those lousy $@#&^#$!@%&!!
