CIC, Qspace.com Consumerinfo.com ripoff Quoted a free report and I was charged over $89 for an illegitimate report Orange California
I went online to find a credit report and creditreport.com comes to the rescue, er, so I thought. By the time I had a 3-score report in my hands I had spent about 90 dollars myself. This did not include the 45 dollars they took from my fiancee. So totalling 135 dollars I think that I am ready to repair my credit. When I looked at the report there were no phone numbers to contact any creditors, which is unusual if you have ever seen a report, so immediately I am thinking fraud. When I called the individual credit bureaus to repair my credit, I am told that the report in my hands will not suffice, and I would have to purchase a legitimate report in order to fix my credit.
I am very sore that the company advertises that their services will help repair your credit, and really all they do is hinder the process. To make matters worse, I look at my bank statement today and what do I find but additional charges that I did not authorize. I have contacted the BBB and the company that sold me the report. I will do whatever it takes to ensure that this company does not succeed in ripping off any more consumers.
