I read the complaints against this company on Rip-Off and I contacted the company after I saw a charge of $12.00 on my credit card. When I called, I skipped the dialing of 1 and hit not the 4, but the 3 instead, I think they're catching on to what is going on. I received a lady on the phone who insisted that I go to their website, where she said there was a written statement that read I had thirty days to cancel my membership. What membership!!!!, for the past 4 years, I've been using this free credit report and never once was I charged for a "membership". I don't care if there are changes on my credit report, there is nothing I can do about it anyway, the credit company does whatever they want with your credit. I would like not only this membership cancelled, which she said that I would receive a email that it was, but I would also like a refund to my credit card. I'm not paying this, and I am sending a report to my credit card company to stop any charges from this company. I am also writing my congressman. This is crazy, is there no one that consumers can trust these days or is every business a rip-off
