Complaint Review: Cic Triple Advantagefree Credit Report.com

Cic Triple Advantage,free Credit Report.com I spoke with MAANY but today's non-helper was Paj at about 4:30 pm on 10/28/09 and his corporation number is 66149 ,this must be some kind of ID to identify those who handle callers. I was told all of the following: "It was my husband who made the acct." NOT. I am the primary account holder for the credit card. He just has a 2ndary card and did not use it. Irvine, California

This company is  unscrupulous to say the kindest thing. I have tried to no avail to get the charges removed from my credit card and have been doing so since last Sept 09. Yet my Oct bill came today and $14.95 remains on the card. I have been told conflicting stories about why I am being charged. "you didn't cancel in time, your husband used your card and got his report which reactivated the account!! Now that one is pretty far out. I asked how to get my money back and was told I had to fax a number in Irvine, CA to get it back. The man I talked to today gave me his ID number of 66149 and said his name was Paj. He came off as kind but totally recalcitrant. He simply repeated the same information over and over. I could hear people shouting in the background and a baby crying. What kind of people answer this company's phones anyway? I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for 26 minutes. I timed it. I called back on my other cell phone and the same person answered but I didn't let him know who I was. I got madder and madder as he recounted the same stuff over and over. This time I was told that I had to FAX a request of a refund to the company in Irvine and when I said I didn't have a fax I was told I had to write and ask for one to a PO box. What kind of Customer Service group does not have a phone number??? The kind that does not honor cancel requests I think.
