Complaint Review: CIC Triple Advantage FreeCreditReport.com

i found the chrges on my account $12 a month and I called the 877 to cancel the first time I called the person on the phone said that he would cancell it and that I could get a refund but my account would reamin open for a period of time, I sad ..no CANCEL it NOW..then I hanged up...5 minutes later I called again and spoke to a different person to verify that it was cancelled, but it wasnt cancelled so I asked her to cancel ID#18576 (Carol) I asked for a supervisor but there was non on deck...I called a third time to ensure that the account was cancelled this time it was FINALLY cancelled and I recieved an email stating the cancelation..so I hope it is in fact cancelled ..will have to follow up and keep records
