Complaint Review: CIC TRIPLE ADVANTAGE

I noticed this charge on my last statement, and decided to do a google search on this company. It turns out that they had charged my account for the amount of 12.95 for the past 3 months!!! (Free credit report my arse)

After reading the editors post on how to get my refund, I called my bankl (PNC... Highly reccomended) and they immediately helped me file a Reg E form. The customer service representative was extremely helpful.

She filed all 3 charges for me, and said I would get a refund as soon as I send back the forms that she will be mailing me.

She also suggested changing my card number once the dispute has been filed.

I will update with details within the next couple of weeks.
