CIC*Triple Advantage Has been taking $12.95 out of my bank monthly. I can not get ahold of them or find a place where i can email them at either. This is going on the 6th month. The number they gave me does not work I either get a voicemail or a busy signal. I have never recieved one piece of mail or an email regarding my account with them. Dont know where to go from here.

I, am having these same problems I went to freecreditreport.com I was not charged anything for this service I was not aware I was going to be charged monthly, for $12.95 this makes two months triple advantage has done this.
I, disputed the first charge for 07/06 & I was succesfully refunded the $12.95 & triple advantage keeps billing me for services I don't even use!, I only used this service once! to get a free credit report!.
I, did not order the credit montoring my credit card company is well aware of this dispute & I will keep disputing, triple advantage refuses to speak with my credit card company without me being present!.
The, reason for this is because triple advantage knows they are commiting fraudlent activities!, they are doing this to everybody secertly charging their credit cards for services they did not order!, & you have to be put threw the burdon! of getting the money credited back!.
