I worked for Scott Smith at Cici's Pizza in Norcross Georgia for about 10 months. I went into work on a monday at my regular time, nothing was out of the ordinary. I went on break and when I got back I was told our gas had been cut off. The manager called the owner, Scott Smith, and he said he was going to call the gas company to pay and call him back. We waited about two hours and he didn't call back so we started closing. By the time the owner got in contact with the manager again, we were done closing. Scott said the gas would be back in about two days. After two days the gas was not back on and the Scott was not answering anyones calls or text massages. After a few days we realized he had closed Cici's down on purpose and we all were out of a job. He did this two weeks before christmas and without a notice of what he was going to do. He owes all his employees a week's worth of pay and still has not answered any calls. Thanks to him we were all left without a job and with barely any money in our pockets right before christmas.
