Complaint Review: CICTriple Advantage

When I received my August Visa statement (also September) I found this charge for $12.95. I did order a free credit report some months ago, however, I did not subscribe to a continuing service. I filed a complaint with VISA because I did not know how to contact CIC*Triple.

I tried on the internet, only to find myself on this page. This really feels like a circle getting smaller and smaller and you know the outcome of that sort of "reasoning".

Please - of all people you should not be Ripping Off poor little old ladies like me.

Stop Cancel Cease this account. Please refund the unauthorized charges to my Visa account. And don't you dare mess with my checking account.
