I paid deposit to Cleaner Energy in June 2011 for Solar Pannels to fitted to my house. they did not deliver this. Then New Energy Pv Pty Ltd (nevp solar)rang & said they brought the contracts from them but didnt get no deposits so they cant give refunds on deposits. Sean Kelly the CEO of nevp solar rang me and said he would be doing the solar fitting. Now this bloke was Marketing Director of Cleaner Energy so I thought I couldnt trust him so I declined his offer but asked for a refund on my deposit. I was given a number to ring that was for refunds but i rang & rang but didnt do any good.The couier Mail did a artical on these people sence which is on the iner net for people to read.Iam in the process in lodging QCAT form to be served on them.Iam sure these are the same people.The bloke that siged me up was Andy Mooney the most smoth talker I have ever come across.
