Complaint Review: Cieras Collection

I ordered mother of the bride dress on 3-06-08. My credit card was charged immediately. I corresponded several times via e-mail and telephone. After many reasons, excuses, and false promises, my dress never arrived for the day of my daughter's wedding. I contacted them the next day and received an e-mail that said sometimes things happen and when I said that I would be contacting the BBB and writing reviews, their response was that nobody checks out those kind of things and that they have only had 4 complaints in the 8 years they have been in business. I haven't been able to get hold of them since and I have contacted my credit card company to investigate. I have all documentation to prove my case.
