Cieras Collection The dream wedding gown NOT made to specifations TOOK AND KEPT MONEY AND STILL NO DRESS Pickerington Ohio
I found Cieras Collection, looking for my daughters dream wedding gown. These people said that they could make the gown to any of our specifications, but not exactly like the designer gown. I trusted them because they are a Yahoo store.
I sent order in and noticed that invoice total was $300.00. We had discussed cost of dress and all gowns started at $300.00. Cieras asked what our budget was and I replied with $400.00 - $500.00.
I emailed them upon receiving a confirmation invoice of $300.00 and asked if they would be charging my account later? The next day, I called my bank and there were two charges on my accont #1 in the amount of $370.00 and #2 in the amount of $130.00. There was never any discussion of what amount I would be charged, except for the invoice confirmation of $300.00. They only ask for my budget. I had to cancel my check card to protect my account.
I emailed this company several times asking lots of questions and would receive a one line answer to one of the questions. Emailed them saying PLEASE can someone call me! NO RESPONSE BY PHONE.
The phone number listed was disconnected and when I called the directory assistance in Ohio, Guess what??? No listing!!!
We were sent lace and appliques to pick out for gown via email. After picking the lace and appliques out, we received an email with a picutre of a gown that looked similiar to the one we had chosen and they said what do you think of this? I emailed them back telling them what we did and didn't like and the next day they emailed me saying "The gown is finish and there shipping it in 24hrs. The picture email is your gown."
This all happened from order date 7/15/07, and there so called ship date (per email) 8/3/07. Well, it is 9/5/07 and still no gown or refund of my money.

The Truth
Unfortunately the Ripoff Report Martha filed is so false and sad because she abusing her right to file a complaint over the internet without any proof or verification. As we have a right to rebuttal. The truth is customer did order a wedding gown from our Cieras Collection. We made the gown in two weeks time frame and sent customer pictures of the gown. Customer said the gown was very beautiful but was unacceptable because she wanted to pick her own lace. SO BASICALLY THIS CUSTOMER IS TRYING TO DESTROY OUR BUSINESS BECAUSE WE PRODUCE THE GOWN TOO FAST AND SHE DID NOT CHOOSE THE LACE FABRIC. We never told the cusotmer she could choose her lace. We told customer we could remake the wedding gown but by this time customer blew everything out of proportion and started war war 7 or something. Customer did authorize us to charged $500 for a $10000 designer inspired gown and we have proof from via email and phone. Customer did receive refund because she refuse to accept the gown because she didn't get to pick the lace. Now this is the truth and nothing but the TRUTH!!!.

The truth is customer did order a wedding gown from our Cieras Collection. We made the gown in two weeks time frame and sent customer pictures of the gown. Customer said the gown was very beautiful but was unacceptable because she wanted to pick her own lace. We told customer we could remake the wedding gown but by this time customer blew everything out of proportion and started war war 7 or something.
