A Cierracom salesperson sold me on their "service" by offering a "every third invoice free" offer. The neglected to tell me that I needed to CALL them to activate the free invoice offer.

This really upset me, because I feel they are being deceptive by offering it and then expecting the customer to CALL TO ACTIVATE the offer.

I felt that this company was not a company I wanted to do business with since this seemed very "sneaky" so I canceled service. When they called me to collect the last payment, I asked them to check to see if they had indeed applied all my necessary credits. The collection rep (Melinda Maupin) was rude and told me that if I was getting something "free" I shouldn't mind having to call in and request it.

I am letting EVERYONE I know and ANYONE who will listen to hang up if Cierracom calls. They ripped me off, but I'm going to do my best to prevent anyone else from getting ripped off.
