Complaint Review: CIG Technologies Amerisoftware Clayton Baxter

In August, I purchased software for $94.99, but had to return the product due to it not working. Credit was promised. In recently checking my Amex card receipts, notice no credit, but 5 charges totaling almost $600.00. I purchased the product from CIG Technologies but was charged by Amerisoftware. In researching, I have found Baxter to have several different companies. I have tried contacting Clayton Baxter without returned call. So, I contacted the Wichita Falls, Texas District Attorney and Police Department to file reports. Sorry Baxter, you're about to become someone's "girlfriend" in the Texas Prison System.
