cigarette-on-line.com Took the money. Never got Tracking info. Says they cannot refund for lost shipments as these were shipped without tracking...

Dave,

I want a refund as none of the cigarettes arrived.  If the mail was lost, I can understand 1 or 2 shipments being lost (as you have mentioned that you'll send them 2-at a time) but I received zero shipments.  This is from your website under FAQs:

“And those of our clients whose package arrived late or was lost in the post (these represent less than 2% of all expeditions). These customers are all refunded according to our conditions of sale but ALAS, THEY NEVER COME BACK TO SAY SO ON THE FORUM. Because of this, we lose a lot of customers.”

I need to know how this refund process works.  Please reply with info.  Thanks.

So why did you send these without tracking when you were supposed to?  I want my refund please...
