Complaint Review: Cigarrest

Cigarrest I was led to beleive I could get 30 days worth of produnts to get me off cigarettes. All I had to pay was a few dollars postage. They sent me a bill for, $99.85. They are Dicpicable, unscrupulous con artists. I never even got the package, just the bill. Now I'm supposed to track it down so they can get it back, before I get my money. I'm on a fixed income, I never could of afforded to buy it. Ripoff Vista California

To all Buyer's Beware. I tried to get 30 days free trial of Cigarrest products, to help me quit smoking. First off, I never got the product. Second, they charged my Visa card $99.85.

I live on a fixed income, I obviously can't afford that kind of money, or I'd of bought the over-the-counter Cigarette patches.

Now, because I never got the product, I'm supposed to track it down. They made the mistake, if I had received the box, as soon as I saw the bill, I'd of sent it right back. They said they won't send my money back until I find the package. I think that's part of the con-game their playing.

It's true, nothings for nothing. I should have my head examined I should of releized it was a little to good to be true.

I went to my bank, and their going to get it back, and investigate these unscrupulous, dispicable, con-artists.

#2Consumer Suggestion

Mon, December 18, 2006

I have seen the tv ads and tell you that there is a fine print that many don't notice, or if you receive the package there is a very fine print on the label stating that if you don't respond via letter in a short amount of time you will automatically be billed for a month's supply each month for a year.

I will suggest you write them a letter, certified mail, receipt requested, and send a copy to your attorney general, and a copy to the state attorney general of their billing address. Inform them you did not get the package and that you want your refund within 3 business days of receipt to the letter. Also state that you do not want any additional products sent or billed.
