Ciggarest Withdrew $69.00 from bank account without my permission, didn't order a thing. Ripoff California

About 2 months ago, I ordered a special offer from ciggarest. They sent me more than I ordered and then proceeded to charge my account accordingly. I
contacted them and told them I didn't want the extra and wanted my money returned. They had taken almost $200.00 from my account. The first time I contacted they tried to give me a good deal on the extra product they sent
me and I told them no. I got a return authorization number and sent the extra product back, at my expense! I finally got my money returned to my account and thought that it was over. Tuesday of this week when I checked my bank account there was $69.00 taken out of my account to which I knew I had not ordered anything. Luckily there was a telephone number associated with it and LE Living Essentials next to the number. I called the number and it said: Welcome to customer service, no hint as to who I was calling and everything was automated. Couldn't talk to a live person. It asked if I wanted to get a
a refund and I had to give them my phone number and card number. So far I have not received a refund. I can't believe that this company continues to rip off consumers. I will get a phone number for ciggarest and let them have it.
