Cigna Health Care ripoff! HIGH PREMIUM! NOTHING IN RETURN! UNABLE TO RECEIVE INFORMATION ON MY OWN ACCOUNT WITHOUT GOING THROUGH MY DOCTOR. Scranton Pensylvania

Cigna uses unfair methods of handling prescription claims. recently I requested a prescription for lamisil being that it is a bit of an expensive medication cigna requested that I have a lab test done to verify that it was needed.

I followed their procedures and was told that if there was cause found for this prescription that they would accept the claim. After the results came back positive they still denied my claim after promising that upon completion of all that they requested they would fill my prescription unfortunately that was not the case.

So now after three weeks still no prescription. They will take my $170 a month for my premium when I have only visited the doctor twice. This proves that if they aren't going to profit from this prescription they won't the claim for it.

Lastly when trying to pursue this matter they would not give me any further phone numbers in who I might be able to discuss this matter with, even though I pay my premium they would only talk to my doctor. Something isn't right about that!!!
