CIH Equipment Company Do not use Clearwater Florida
CIH Equipment Company claims to be ISO accredited but every time we send them a particle counter it has to be sent off to the manufacturer. Then they charge us almost $100 for them to NOT calibrate the equipment. They never keep their stated turn-around time either. Sometimes it takes weeks for them to contact us to say that they are unable to calibrate the equipment. The lady that answers the phone is no help at all. She never has any answers and won't let us talk to anyone else there. Save yourself the headache and use the manufacturer.
