This company has had my $$$ for several months now. Lots of promises, but nothing to show for it. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM (HIM)!!!!!!
He says that they, CIIIMTG and the lender, Capital World Trading, are dealing with a bank and that the bank is having difficulties. States that if the bank does not fund a PRE APPROVED LOAN then Capital World Trading (CWT) will sue the bank. Litigation will be at CWT's expense. Of course, litigation takes time. CWT and CIIIMTG share a phone number. Very impressive web site, but all flash and no substance. He is preying on people who want to make a better life for themselves and all he does is steal from them.
If CIIIMTG wants to show I am wrong, then provide the names and contact info for 10 loans you have funded in the last year. Verifiable numbers only. I doubt they can do it.

As usual, you have resorted to bogus legal threats. With a LOT of misspelled words. This is jut the same old tired smoke screen you usually post when someone calls you out. If, and that is a big if, you can prove actual funding of loans this year, provide some details. Otherwise be prepared for a visit from the FBI.

Can you provide us with contact info on at least 5 loans you funded this year? If you can, great, if not, and I think that will be the case, you will be hearing from my lawyers and probably the FBI.
While you are busy threatening people who only want you to tell the truth, your misspellings are interesting for someone who, allegedly, went to the University of Oklahoma. It is amazing how many threads about scams and ripoffs contain your name or that of your firm.

CIIIMTG, LLC HAS DISCOVERED ERRONEOUS INFORMATION THAT HAS BEEN FILED AGAINST OUR CORPORATION BY AN UNSTABLED BROKER WHO WILL NOT GIVE HIS OR HER NAME OR HIS COMPANY NAME WHO SEEMS TO BE A VERY SLEAZY PERSON TO FILE THIS COMPLAINT AGAINST OUR COMPANY.
A COPY OF THIS SLANDER HAS BEEN FORWARDED TO OUR LAW FIRM AND WHEN THIS BROKER IS FOUND HE/OR SHE SHALL BE SERVED BY OUR LAW FIRM TO RECANT ALL FALSE ACCUSATIONS AGAINST OUR COMPANYS REPUTATIONS.
