I have been paying my policy rigorously every month. I bought the policy from Sears and now I realize that its with Cinch, don't know if Sears sold them the contract.  

Have have been having problems with my ac unit for more than 3 months and the company was sending me a provider to fix. 3 times and they couldn't fix the problem so I ask the company to send me another provider and they did it. The provider come to check my Ac and only look outside for 20 min and came and told me that that unit need to be replace. He said to me to wait for a email from the company.

After 2 weeks I got a email form the company who said the I need to pay 3 thousand dollars for the provider. I called them and they told me they will cover the outside unit but not the inside unit. First of all, the last provider that they sent never look up at the inside unit and second of all, the provider explained to me that its against Florida law just change one unit and do not change the other.

I have been called Sears (cinch) for more than 5 times, I spoke with the supervisor and she said I only have 2 options, first its pay the 3 thousand dollars and the second one its accept a check from them for one thousand dollars and do everything by my own but 1 thousand dollars its far from the price to replace my unit. Now I have been ac for almost a month, with 3 kids at home. I dont know what to do anymore. I need help
