I have been a customer of Cincinnatibell Wireless (CBW) for 2year and 3 months and the servie of CBW is not very good, but is tolerable. Nevertherless,  I am outraged after I transferred my cell phone to other company. The last bill from CBW charged me $44.55 for 0.87Mb data use, which is free with my service package and it never happened to my bill. I contacted customer service many times, the only answer they gave me everytime is that the charge is valid no matter how I explained to them data is free in my service plan. Finally, I sent them my account activation checklist through both email and fax to show that CBW data for free listed on the sheet and contacted customer Rep to waive this fee, I was told they need 24 to 48 hours to solve this issue. Days passed so far, I didn't get any response from CBW. I am very angry with the service, CBW is such an honesty business. When you are not a customer of this business any more, they will bill you a ridiculous charge on the service they promised to be free. CBW customer service is the most terrible servie I have met.
