it has been since june and i am still trying to get my rebate for my 3 phones.
They have called me a million times, transferred the calls, put me and kept me on hold and transferred me up to 3 hours a day. im not dealing with them anymore. Im taking them to small claims
they also tell you the bill will only be so much then they add on charges .
