I went into an agreement with Meaningful Beauty to have a kit sent to me every 3 months for approximately $54 per kit. However, after I received my first kit, I received another kit in under three months.

After I received the second kit in less than 3 months, I noticed that I was billed once more. When I called to cancel, I was informed that I had a balance of over $100.

When I asked the representative how could this be when they have my debit card on file and I have already been billed again for a kit I did not receive, she begins to tell me that instead of a 30 day supply, they sent me a 90 day supply to save money on shipping and handling. Instead of sending me a kit every three months, they took it upon themselves to send me more than I asked for and bill me over the course of the next few months.

They claim that once they receive the product that they would reimburse me for a money back guarantee.

Now I am afraid if I send the kit I last received back that I would not get my money back.

They claim to offer one thing, but turn around and do as they please.

Stay away from Meaningful Beauty!
