Complaint Review: Cindy Fischaber

Cindy Fischaber I sent back 3 orders of coffee which I did not order and they were supposed to credit my credit card and so far I have not be reimbursed. This coffee was sent back in May. Internet

I ordered the special coffee for $5.00 which I charged to my credit card - within the next week I received two more coffee which they charged me $39.95. After this week they (Seattle Coffee Direct) sent me 2 more orders at an additional charge of $39.95. I returned the three orders of coffee (which I did not order) and after talking to Seattle Coffee Direct they were supposed to credit my credit card for the 3 orders. So far I have not been credited for the 3 orders of coffee I sent back. When I tried to call them to see about getting credit I was unable to contact anyone. What a ripoff.
