Cindy Kearney pretended to be Ann Tanner to sell me a puppy, and has tormented my friend Sandy Wills using this and other web sites. But she has changed her name and her web site to hide, from the people she has slandered.
You stated in your report against Sandy Wills of Morning Star Chihuahuas that she gave you a puppy to replace the one you got from Betty then made the papers limited. How is it then that you have her on your site as sold, with full AKC papers. Oh and you even state that she free whelps how would you know that unless you bred her???
Go ahead fell free to remove it Jack has printed it out and made a video of your site he even has pictures as evidence. Thanks for helping us out. If any one wishes to see the pictures please contact Jack, Sandy or myself.

If your innocent why have you changed your name to Ann Tanner and changed the name of your web site to Champion Line Chihuahuas then to Charming Little Chis. Sandy has not run, she never changed her web site because she knows people know they can trust her, and she has the proof on her side.
Stop messing with peoples lives, we are finding each other and we will fight back. You need to write rebuttal to fix all the nasty stuff you have written about all these people, here and on puppy find. We will not relent.

Ann Tanner scammed my wife as Cindy Kearney. She tried to ruin her name, and is using Rip Off Report & Puppy Find to do the same to other breeders.
Her scam is to buy puppies from breeders claim something is wrong with the puppy and demanding money back while she keeps the puppy. She may say she will send the puppy back But She Will NOT. If you do not do what she demands she will slander you on Puppy Find and other sites.
Many breeders that she has done this to have contacted my wife due to the add posted here on Rip Off Report telling her the same thing was done to them. So many are afraid or her because her threats are so constant and so vicious. But it is time to stand up and fight her as some of the other people on Rip Off Report have begun to do. There is power in numbers join us and stop her.
