The individual markets herself and company as being a publicist. However, she is not bonded and she only has a d.b.a.license, which is registered to an address of apartment of someone who has never even heard of her.
I took her to small claims court and when the sheriff went to serve the summons at the address listed on the business license, it was to an apartment (not a suite) of an individual who said she never lived there.
I paid for services before the month ended, but saw that her daughter was going to events that we were never invited to so we cancelled her services. I have an email stating she would return the money, but she never did. She blocked my emails and would not return my phone calls. This is why I took her to court, so that I could get back my money.
I have run in to several, yes, several of her previous clients, who have had complaints.
This individual keeps moving every couple of months. Therefore, if you have an issue then you would probably not be able to resolve it because by the time you are able to track her down she will have disappeared again.
Beware, do not do business with this company or individual.
She also changes the name of the company too.
