Complaint Review: Cindy Mastice

I bought a house from them for almost $900,000… In addition to the house they sold me some furniture, one item they did not leave in the house although they said they would. After the closing I tried the key in the front door and it did not fit in the lock. Obviously they knew this. After I moved in I got several text messages from Cindy Mastice. She stated "all the neighbors hate you". And the neighbors had obviously told her that I painted her red door blue and she made a big issue about it… She stated that the neighbors wish She had never sold me the house… she called me North Jersey trash… Then I googled her husband Paul Mastice and discovered that someone by the same name was prosecuted in New Jersey in 2001 for embezzlement of $142,000 and put in jail for a year. Apparently this person lied about having a business degree on his resume as well… The house they sold me had an Electrical panel which was banned by all of the insurance companies because it was dangerous And my insurance company threatened to drop me Unless I changed the panel. There was a hole In the air conditioning coil which was leaking refrigerant and I was quoted $1200 to repair this. I had to hire a locksmith to change the lock on the front door which would not open with the key Cindy gave me. The house was conveyed to me in filthy condition and the Pool filter and the air conditioning filters were filthy. The house was in terrible condition… And it’s costing me a fortune to make the necessary repairs. Obviously she has been gossiping with the neighbors planting negativity about me. I have not met any of the neighbors except one. She stated that the neighbors were complaining about construction noise… But there has been no construction and no noise. She also stated that the neighbors were complaining about the fact that I had children making noise on my property. During the summer I did have my friends children swimming in my pool and they were making noise just like children do when they’re splashing around in the water. But it is joyful noise. If Cindy thinks it’s a joke to destroy my happiness and peace in my new home by Poisoning my neighbors and sending me rude and nasty text messages, she may find herself on the receiving end of a lawsuit for intentional infliction of emotional distress and defamation.
