CinemaNow ripoff bad service failed to deliver slow to refund watch now feature is broken stole money more than once Internet
CinemaNow has a problem with it's help desk. The Help desk doesn't want to take any heat for failed downloads, so they kill downloads to banish users with problems. And I'm talking about any problems such as web washers that crush cookies. Without cookies this very weak and crummy site doesn't function, Movielink it isn't! And then there's the matter of refunds, 5 to 6 weeks it should show up on credit card statements. This is way to long to wait for a site downloading major studio film's for Hollywood. It's not worthy of doing business with companies that don't make it's customers number one, instead intrusting employees with all or nothing objectives and fairness. Which alway's fails the customer like government and schools and crime in and around our communities. I hope Amazon.com goes into the movie download business, and soon. CinemaNow works fine it customers are giving a chance, (which we aren't) to clear up issues on their end of the line.
