Cingular AT&T Cingular, cramming, extra charges, unauthorized calls San Antonio Texas
Cingular had long been in the practice of cramming charges onto my monthly statement but about a year ago they also charged me for over $400 dollars in calls I did not make. They refused to negotiate or remove them from my invoice and eventually turned me over to a collection agency. I have since moved to T-Mobile and I am much happier with their service. The funny thing is that since I took the hit on my credit the number of Banks who send me pre-approved credit cards has skyrocketed.
My guess is that these predatory greed balls like people who look like they won't pay their bills on time so they can pile on the fees and late charges. I don't wonder why they are all taking massive losses on sub-prime mortgages and shake credit card accounts. Serves them right :)
