My cell phone broke and was under insurance. They charged me 165 dollars and told me they would give me the same phone. Then they mailed me one that was worth half the price. While this is going on they were so rude and disrespectful. I called them back and they yelled at me like I made a mistake. Then said they would finally give me the phone I paid for. I feel like the stole 165 dollars from me. The phone broke for no reason and it was not water damaged. Cincinnati Bell has also charged extra on my monthly bill many time. Then it takes them an hour of talking on the phone to fix it and are rude. This is the worst cell phone company I have ever had.
