When I first signed up for Cingular Wireless Prepaid Service, I noticed all my calls were being deducted twice. If I placed a one minute call it was immediateley deducted as one minute which is correct...but then when I would go to place another call a few hours later or the next day, I found the time had been deducted again. The call only shows up once but they are charging for it twice!!!

I kept a record of my calls and then called them about it and it stopped for a few months. But now they are doing it again! Whenever I have called their customer service, the people are very uncooperative. I asked that a report at least be written up or passed on to another dept or manager and the person refused. I asked for a list of all activity on my account and they refused. I asked how I could access it on the internet and was given invalid directions.

I tried calling back and they said they had to take another call and couldn't help me right now.
Whenever I call, the double charging stops - but only for a limited time - and then it starts up again. This company is ripping people off!
