Cingular Wireless ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing and service agreement practices Reno Sparks Nevada
I have been with Cingular Wireless for 6 months. When I signed up they said I had to buy 2 new phones. This is against the law and Cingular is currently being sued for such practices in the state of CA. They also never send a bill that is less than $250 a month. I always find errors with the billing and their customer service is horrible. They are very rude and never want to help. I do not reccomend this company to anyone. They are a complete ripoff. Does anyone have any addvice on how I can become a part of a class action suit against them?
