Cingular Wireless ripoff former AT&T Wireless I am a loyal ATT customer. My cell phone signal getting weaker everyday, I have called Cingular but they refuse to do anything about this problem. They also asking me to migrate with a huge charge. Dallas Texas
I am currently a former AT&T customer, now cingular wireless everytime I called to report the problem. The signal on my cell phone getting weak every where I go, but the cingular technical support refuse to do anything about it. They advice me to migrate, with a huge charge, but the newer plan not worth anything.
I hoped with these information some attorney will be able to forward with a case.
