I WOULD BE WILLING TO BE INVOLVED IN A CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST CINGULAR. THEY RIPPED ME OFF BIG TIME AND THEY DO NOT CARE!!! THE STORY IS TOO LONG TO TELL HERE. TRUST ME...THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD! ~ KRISTEN, FLORIDA

I too have been ripped off by the cingular online store, and after a month of calling the "customer service" and being lied to over and over, I finally decided to file a report with the better business bureau (www.bbb.org). I have read on other complaints here that that's the only way to get what you want from cingular. I advise you to do the same and will let you know if I get my money back.
