I opened a cellular phone account with Cingular Wireless. I paid 29.99 plus tax for monthly service. When i recieved my bill it was up to $166 dollars, when I was expecting something around what I was paying for my plan. They charged me free night and weekend minutes as minutes that came from my plan and ran up my bill.

They claimed that night and weekend minutes started from 9pm to 7am, but I was told by the CIngular Wireless attendant that they were from 7pm to 7am. I called Cingular Wireless and they hung up on me various times.

If you are only paying $29.99 a month then your night and weekend minutes do start at 9pm. Your night minutes will only start after 7pm if you pay an additional $7.00 a month so you wouldn't be paying $29.99 a month it would be $36.99. Your sales rep should have been more clear of that or maybe you just mixed everything up. If you don't understand ask questions then you won't be in this situation again!

Check your contract and see if anywhere on there it shows 7-7 if not then you're pretty much out of luck. Also check the monthly charges and see if it is $29.99 or $36.99. Becuase there is a big difference in that!
