For the second time, Cingular Wireless has charged my credit card fraudulently. The first time, someone had called in, ordered a wireless, and Cingular charged it to my account without any authorization. It turned out it was my daughter who had done it, but it took two years of fighting with what was then ATT to even get the information with which to determine how it had happened since I did not have the wireless number.

Now they have done it again. I had filed complaints with the FCC, the Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau, and nothing came of it.
