On 12/02/2005, I went on-line and paid my bill in full and then call the this companies, so call customer service to insure that my acount was closed with no other bills to be paid. on 12/27/2005 I get a bill for $34.58. I made 4 calls to them last night and was hung up on all but the last one. Which this lady still refused to lower or cancel this bill eventhough I had cancelation number to confirm my point. She said there was nothing she could do. I informed her that all of my family members with cingular service would cancel at the end of thier contracts which is about 6 or 7 accounts, told her Merry Christmas and thanked her for ripping me off at Christmas when I can't afford to pay my normal bills, much less a bill that is a complete and total RIPOFF!!!!
