IN JANUARY OF 2001 CINGULAR SENT MYSELF AS WELL AS MANY OTHERS A LETTER THAT AS OF MAY 30,2001 THAT SW BELL WIRELESS CELLULAR PHONE SERVICE WOULD NOLONGER WORK UNLESS YOU SIGNED UP WITH CINGULAR.

I NOTIFIED THEM ON 3 OCCASIONS THAT I DID NOT WANT THEIR SERVICES.

I WAS ADVISED THAT MY SERVICES WOULD END MAY 30,2001 AND A FINAL BILL WOULD BE SENT WITH NO EARLY TERMINATION CHARGES SINCE SW BELL SOLD OUT TO CINGULAR.CINGULAR WAS TO SEND THE BILL.SINCE THEN CINGULAR HAS BEEN BILLING ME FOR MONTHS PAST THAT DATE AS WELL AS A EARLY TERMINATION FEE.MY ORIGINAL CONTRACT WITH SW BELL DOES NOT ALLOW MY CONTRACT TO BE SOLD NOR DOES IT HAVE A SPECIFIC ADDRESS FOR CORRESPONDENCE,SO MY CORRESPONDENCE WAS WHERE I SIGNED THE CONTRACT WITH SW BELL AT THEIR STOREFRONT LOCATION.

NOW I AM BEING HARRASSED BY TELEPHONE BY THEIR COLLECTION COMPANY.
