I'll do my best to keep this breif. If you or anyone you know is shopping around for a laundry service then steer clear of Cintas. First of all, the sales department is full of professional scam artists that make you feel as though everything is 100% risk free and catered to your individual needs. This couldn't be further from the truth. Our experience with this company has been a complete nightmare. Bottom line is simple- they sell you things that don't exist... They take every oppurtunity to charge you for things that you arent getting in hopes that no one is checking up on them... and when you try to make them go away, they slap you with an exorbitant buy out fee that is much more than the service could ever be worth. Shop around- there are so many other laundry services out there that will provide better service and won't rip you off every chance they get.
