Complaint Review: Circa 2020

Where do I start, the apartments and amenities are great the maintenance staff are amazing, the management however is terrible and this can make the whole "Resort living experience" I am sorry to say but a  sh**ty regretful decision moving here. The management/Girls in the office like to take their sweet time making any real work happen as they claim to be so busy.  They send out emails that they want to DNA test the dog poop to sight or fine residents but as the local homeless people come in and steal the bikes once a week or loot the complex they find that it is not necessary to let us all know what is going on after our things have been stolen and that the security is a courtesy not here to actually protect what we have. Great work there Team!

The parking is horrible and half the time people park in my assigned space but does management care no all they care about is the spaces out front in leasing area mind you its the only open area to park and if you park there they threaten you to  move because its for all the potential customers coming in that need the parking because who cares about the people who actually live here, those new visitors should be running way from this place. The construction is so close its not only ruined the patio furniture and completely destroyed the outside patios with constant dirt all they can say is sorry.

The construction is so loud it makes pictures fall off the walls and anything else you might cherish falling from refrigerators or surfaces and the amazing latino music that gets blared all day long is really great too if you are into listening to that all day. If you are lucky you have a day job that keeps you away from what goes on at this place during the day.  They move people around for better living that work here or are their friends but when it  comes to your sanity from living in the direct path of the construction all they can say is oh well to bad deal with it.

 This has to be one of the most poorly managed places I have ever lived in and for what you have to pay to live here just go look somewhere else all the hassle of dealing with office personnel who have know clue what they are doing is not worth it. PS some of them are family maybe they should go back to the company that was running it before at least they had some what of an idea of how to manage a apartment complex.  If they do not like you they will go out of their way to intentionally harass you. We have a trash service we have to pay for but if they do not like how you tied your trash one knot or two they leave a note on your door and fine you regardless if it is in regulation or not.

The management staff was fired previously from the company that was managing it, when the new owner came in he hired back the same girls that were fired because they were family or friends that have no experience to propely run a complex and allow them to do what ever it is they please with this place. They built bike racks along all of the buildings and single floor patios that are open to any wondering fingers that pass by but when people come in and steal stuff all they say is get better insurance not the one we tell you to buy when you lease because it doesnt cover anything but we are going to sell it to you anyway but dont leave your stuff out its just for looks not for you to actually use it its not safe here and oh by the way its also not important to notify the community about the issues going on but it is important to notify the community of its weekly free booz nights.

They only thing we know for sure that these office girls/managers AKA Candace do for sure is absiultely nothing. Running the most beautiful place to live in the area into the ground. Stay very far away from this place it is not worth the $2100 a month 2 bedroom rate that is if they dont sell you a apartment at whatever cost they feel like selling it to you. PS if you do lease dont say I didnt warn you when you get all this hidden fees and charged for riduculous things for no reason. Make friends with them first and kiss their a*s then you will be welcomed here.
