I purchased a Panasonic TH37PA20U on 9/11/03 plasma TV. About 11/12/03 I started having problems with it. It would turn off and not come back on until I unplugged it from the outlet and let it set for hours maybe days at a time. I had purchased City Advantage so I called the number. Of course I reached an operator in India who transferred me a number of times. I was able to finally make an appointment to have a repairman come to my house on 12/12/03 to repair the TV. He arrived late and after 15 minutes determined that parts would have to be ordered to repair the TV. He stated he was not allowed to keep spare Panasonic parts on hand. He estimated 5-7 days.

It is now 1/3/04 and the only contact being made is by me to the operators in India via the City Advantage line, who can't tell me a thing. The only word so far is that on 12/29/03, that parts were reordered. My questions are many, but primarily is when will the $3000 + TV I purchased be fixed so that I can watch it? I have to pay the bill on time each month. Why can't you fix / replace the TV on time? What would happen if I didn't pay the bill until the TV was fixed? I would be penalized and have collections started against me. What recourse do I have when you don't hold up your end of the deal? Is this true customer satisfaction? The comments about big business not caring after the sale are coming to reality with this Circuit City purchase.
