I Purchased a Sony Monitor on September 2002 and purchased a service contract with Circuit City "Advantage Proctention Plan". I had never used the service until Jan 3,2005 when My monitor started loosing the image, I called to report the problem and to receive "a new monitor", However, the one they send back was worst, it was completely dead.

I contacted them immeditaly, they said the problem was out of their hands that I had to contact their service provider which was "Incline", however, I left several messages without getting any response from them. For a month I tried getting a new monitor, of course no body at City Advantage was able to help me, they all promise I would get a replacement, but, I didn't receive one until after a month of fighting with them I received the second monitor on February 22, 2005. Of course the second replacement was damage too.

Today is Feb 24, 2005 and I still don't have a good monitor. I feel that Circuit City rip me off by taking my money and not giving the service that I was supposed to receive by purchasing an extended warranty.
