I purchased a laptop computer in November 2001 and paid for the extended garantee $350.00 for four years. I was told by the sales person that the laptop would be replaced anytime within the four years garantee if any part brakes three times or if the part brakes and the cannot be repaired.

I have to send the laptop for repair 3 to 4 times per year and Circuit City does not want to replace it.
I spoke to ceveral managers including the CEO's Assistant and was told that they would replace the product within the first year of the garantee and not after.
All I have is a laptop that is most of the time at the shop for repair and they would not fix it.
Why would I need to pay for the extended garantee if it is not good at all?
