Circuit City in home Tech dropped my TV now it's broke Pittsburgh Pennsylvania

I have a Sony KD-34xBR970 HD set. It's a great TV but it developed a small discoloration on the right side of the screen. I have the 3year extended warranty from CC so I called them and the tech came out this morning.

I told them on the phone that this is a 250lb set so they better send someone capable of moving it. The guy came alone. I had to help him lift the set onto his service table so he could take the back off.

Once the set was on his table the table clasped and the TV fell to the floor taking a quarter size chunk out of the lower right corner of the set.

The tech seems to have fixed the coloration problem but now the picture is bent. Whenever there is a horizontal or vertical line you can see the problem. It's not so noticeable during video but when the computer or a text pattern is on screen the whole right side of the screed is distorted.

Now whenever I look at my $1000 TV all I see is the cracked corner and bent picture. It's not something I can ignore. It makes me sick. I am pissed!

I think Circuit City owes me a new TV!

I work for Circuit City and they do owe you a new TV. You just have to call our HQ and they will refund the price of your TV.
