Complaint Review: Circuit City

My husband and I purchased a 60 inch hitachi tv about 2 years ago with a warranty from Circuit City. In July or August 2005 we complained that we had a problem with dead pixels on the tv. They had someone look at it and replace a part,not until September. A week later the tv was worse. They have had two differnt contractors look at the tv and have been giving us the run around for a month or more. We call almost every other day, and they keep saying they will call us back with what they are going to do for us, but never do.

One of the companies that replaced a part All Video Repair told us that Circuit City still has not paid for the part they installed in September, and that Circuit City said they are not going to replace the part agagin. This is not fair we paid over $3,000. icluding a warranty and they are not living about to there policy. My husband recently spent another 300 on a renewal because the warranty is ending soon. So we are still waiting for our tv to be fixed, this is our family room tv and it really sucks to not have a working family room tv especially when we have company.
