Complaint Review: Circuit City/Sprint Pcs

I purchased a new sprint phone to replace my out dated one. The phone cost 200.00 dollars with a 100.00 dollar rebate.This was in Febuary. I received a letter a week ago that I could not receive a rebate unless I sent in my new cell phone bill along with the receipt. So I went down to Circuit City and looked at all the rebate tags they had attached to each phone,and not any wheres on those tags were there any restrictions on the rebates. When I finally talked to a manager in the store,he informed me that I should have read my receipt And he may have been right,and I should have checked my receipt,but I had used a rebate from that same store 4 months earlier and there wasn't any problem. All in all,that particular restriction should be on those phones before you purchase them. If that restiction had been in plain sight,I definitely would not have brought a phone for 200.00 dollars.
