This it one if not the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of doing business with. They should not sell Warranties I have been reading for the past two hours some of the nightmares from this company, my complaint started on 9/21/2005 and Iam still waiting for my set to come back in my house. How do you sell an in home warranty and refuse to do the work in home. We were asked to bring the set down to the street level and they would take it to the shop. This is a 92 year old woman "THIS WHY YOU GET A IN HOME WARRANTY IN THE BEGAINING". So here I set waiting for some body to bring it back

Since you dont state what kind of "product" you have, please note that their warranty states that its on CERTAIN products (not ALL products).
Need more information, otherwise, you are not being ripped off.
